JOSHUA M. AMBUSH
Joshua M. Ambush has represented victims of terrorism, international crimes and human rights abuses in complex cases and controversies for over twenty-five years. He is a pioneer in representing American citizens against state sponsors of terrorism.
Joshua’s accomplishments include:
Obtaining over $1 Billion of combined compensatory damages judgments on behalf of hundreds of individuals;
Representing members of all branches of the U.S. military as well as law enforcement officers and numerous government agencies;
Obtaining a seat on the Plaintiff’s Executive Committee for 9/11 Multi-District Litigation;
Represented victims of international parental kidnappings;
Mr. Ambush graduated from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1999, where he was distinguished as a judicial intern for the Honorable Peter J. Messitte, U.S District Court of Maryland and receiving the Simon Sobeloff Prize in Constitutional Law. He also holds a Masters Degree in Special Education from Adelphi University.
